We will be screening the 60 minute documentary Resilience: The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope (https://kpjrfilms.co/resilience/) and afterwards there will be a discussion, and an introduction to Ardicare's Community Self-Care Demonstration Program.
We will also hold a raffle to win a sail on San Francisco Bay! Need not be present to win.
