Fifth Annual Save the Frogs Day

Come on down to the Arboretum at UC Santa Cruz as they present the Fifth Annual Save the Frogs Day. This event will feature several presentations on a variety of subjects, such as amphibians and the effects of climate change, local wildlife issues and frog conservation efforts, efforts to control the non-native American Bullfrog, and much more. The guest speakers include UCSC Herpetology Professor Dr. Barry Sinervo, Ecologist Kathlyn Franco, Advisory Committee Member Chris Berry, the Arboretum's Executive Director Brett Hall, and others. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in various arts and craft activities, and check out the various exhibits on display.
