Festa Bacchanal: Portugese Food and wine pairing(Spring Release Party)

It's a grill, romesco sauce, and tempranillo flowing. Bringing back some old Iberian traditions we will have food from Tempranillo's two motherlands. This time of year it was a tradition to have a grill fest using all the cuttings that were removed from the vines to light an afternoon's party.
