FEMLINS starring Mz. Cracker as Phoebe Cracker, a young woman given an exotic pet during the holidays from her loving mother- played be Detox! This animal is a Mogwai and Cracker names it "Jizmo" (played by Migitte Nielsen). Cracker must be sure to follow three important rules while taking care of this pet, but unfortunately she fails- which causes havoc as the femlins are created. These mischievous monsters set out to destroy the lives of drag queens everywhere and are led by a villainous leader called Greta Stripe, played by Phi Phi O'hara!
Femlins is written by myself Peaches Christ and Michael Varrati (Dragula, Tales Of Poe).
SCREENING OF GREMLINS TO FOLLOW! Because it's the 35th Anniversary of the film Gremlins we're going to be screening a restored print of the movie on the gigantic Castro Theatre screen as part of the festivities.
DRESS UP! Finally, we'll have an 80's Icons Costume Contestwhere we're encouraging you all to dress up for the affair!
AFTER PARTY! Join us for the official after-party at Beaux!
