Hiring:
We’ll cover the unique aspects of the Federal application process that are critical to applicant success by translating Federal policy into plain-language guidance. 
Federal Resume:
We’ll explain each section of the job opportunity announcement (JOA) to help you in assisting students in selecting jobs.  Attendees will be shown a real JOA and walked through to determine qualifications and interest, identifying the important requirements and then tailoring their resumes.
The Pathways Programs for Students and Recent Graduates: 
The Pathways Programs are programs for students and recent graduates that can provide an opportunity for permanent Federal employment.
Finding and Applying for Jobs on USAJOBS: 
This train-the-trainer program provides insight into the main online Federal jobs portal, USAJOBS.gov.   You’ll learn to advise your students on how to search for Federal jobs and maximize results; apply for Federal Jobs, and manage a USAJOBS account.
