The Perennial is hosting a special collaboration dinner between nomadic Filipina chef Yana Gilbuena of SALO Series and resident chef and restauranteur Anthony Myint of Mission Chinese Food and The Perennial featuring Filipino and Chinese food set in a kamayan setting: on banana leaves, hands only.
We're doing multiple seatings of 2 groups of 8 starting at 6 pm until 8:30 pm.
