Fairmont San Jose, in partnership with Gordon Biersch Brewing Co, will host a special Father's Day beer maker dinner at The Fountain Restaurant. Fairmont San Jose's culinary team, led by Executive Chef Anthony Hsia, has developed a unique five course menu as the ultimate Father's Day indulgence. In honor of Dad's special day, this gastronomic showcase will pair the robust flavor profiles of five Gordon Biersch beers with fresh local fare. Each Chef will create one dish to exhibit their unique talents and complement one featured brew.
Gordon Biersch Co-founder Dan Gordon will personally guide guests through the individual beer pairings. Gordon's credentials include more than 25 years of brewing in Silicon Valley and a degree in brewing engineering from the prestigious Technical University of Munich at Weihenstephan where he was the first American in 40 years to matriculate through the program.
