On Father's Day, Sunday, June 16, The Sea by Alexander's Steakhouse in Palo Alto will be open for dinner from 5:30 to 9:30 PM serving their regular menu plus two a la carte specials in the spirit of the occasion, a Halibut T-Bone (Wild Half Moon Bay) with baby octopus, Half Moon Bay butter beans, prosciutto and basil oil; and a Wagyu Trio (Miyazaki A5, Tajima F1, Wagyu Bavette) with Bordelaise, Béarnaise and green peppercorn sauces, and a trio of salts.
