The prix fixe will include Organic Asparagus and Piave Cheese Ravioli with tomatoes and basil foam or House Cured Lamb Prosciutto with summer vegetable salad; Pan Roasted Black Bass with organic artichokes and Sicilian cous cous or Sautéed Niman Ranch Pork Tenderloin with “peperonata†and layered potatoes; and 24 months aged Parmigiano Reggiano “vacche rosse†and aceto balsamico.
