On Father's Day, Sunday, June 18, Donato Enoteca in Redwood City will be open from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM serving all day a limited version of their regular a la carte dinner menu, plus a three-course ($48.00) or four-course ($60.00) prix fixe tasting menu with choices that will include thin sliced tuna “carpaccio” with a pistachio crust and a mustard greens and shallots salad or sweet bell peppers and eggplant mousse with imported smoked “burrata Pugliese” cheese; house made whole wheat ravioli rabbit filled with Raschera cheese seerved with brown butter, hazelnut and thyme; fresh monkfish braised “ossobuco” style with Sicilian cherry tomatoes sauce and summer squash or pan roasted wild boar tenderloin wrapped in guanciale with roasting juices and blueberry sauce; and a surprise Father’s Day dessert.
