Farming Hope is the soup kitchen turned on its head - we train and employ folks working their way into a path of self-sustainability through gardening work and cooking for our community pop up dinners.
Diners will learn about the story behind Farming Hope as well as the plant-based food lovingly prepared and served by our transitionally homeless employees.
Ticket sales help us pay our employees for the hard work they do while training on the job to transition out of homelessness.
Our 4-course menu is created the day before the dinner using the fresh bounty provided to us by our friends at Imperfect Produce. The element of a surprise menu means that your palate will be amazed by each one of our unique seasonal dishes--like butternut squash pickled red onion tostadas, creamy vegan zucchini soup, purple sweet potato enchiladas, and caramelized white nectarines with cinnamon whipped cream.
