Join Parties That Cook in this hands-on cooking class where the menu you’ll prepare is straight-from-the-farm delicious! We’ll sip Berry Shrubs with Prosecco while we review recipes you’ll cook together in teams including Zucchini and Potato Pancakes with Olives and Fresh Mint, a lively Salad of Watermelon, Watercress, Ricotta Salata and Pine Nuts. Our hearty main course features Lamb Loin Chops with Pistachio Crusts and a bubbly Garlicky Tomato and Parmesan Gratin.
