Family Cartooning: Rolling for Character Design

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Much like creating an RPG character in popular games like Dungeons & Dragons or Cyberpunk, Kids and their Grownups will use a character sheet and rolling for stats and visual elements to create character designs like those inspired in the movie Onward or the show The Dragon Prince and draw your glorious guild or fantasy family together in a faux photo album zine.

Spend some quality family time together cartooning!
No experience is necessary and all materials are provided. Free same-day admission to galleries is also included for workshop participants to explore our exhibitions!

Location: Cartoon Art Museum, 781 Beach Street, San Francisco
Cost: $15 per child, $20 per accompanying adult (Sign up for Membership* and Save!)
Age: For kids ages 7 to 12 and their responsible grownup (18+). Please limit 2 kids per adult. Adults and children must accompany each other to attend.

If shelter-in-place is extended to encompass these dates these workshops will be held online. Information on accessing online workshops will be sent to registered participants the night before the workshop occurs.
