October 20-October 25, 9:30AM-5:30PM
A Breema Intensive is an opportunity to enter into and practice "The Art of Being Present." In each class, you'll learn and practice Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork sequences, working toward a new unified relationship between the body, mind, and feelings.
The Intensive includes an in-depth introduction to the Nine Principles of Harmony. As we practice Breema movements and sequences we deepen our understanding of the principles through body-mind connection, and experience that working with the principles is a natural way to relate to ourselves, to other people, and to everything in life. Breema bodywork emphasizes mutual support to benefit and balance both giver and receiver, and allows you to experience being connected to yourself as you support others.
Both new and experienced students from around the world come each year to study at Breema Intensives and to benefit from Breema's practical approach to living harmoniously.
The workshop is suitable for people with or without prior bodywork experience as long as they can comfortably sit and work on a padded, carpeted floor.
Continuing Education: The Breema Center is approved to offer continuing education for massage therapists, bodyworkers, registered nurses, and MFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs. $10 processing fee applies.
