Join us for an afternoon of learning, listening, and sharing our collective immigration stories. Come hear about what is happening in Marin County right now, and walk away with ways in which you can make a difference in your community today.
You will have the opportunity to share your family's immigration story, and hear from others, in a safe, intimate setting. Please consider bringing a small artifact (photo, recipe, etc.) that represents your family's point of origin.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Facing Immigrants, Facing Ourselves is a collaborative project in partnership with HAMAQOM |The Place, Congregation Kol Shofar, Congregation Rodef Sholom's Immigrant Rights Team, the Canal Alliance, Jewish Community Relations Council, Marin Interfaith Council, the Multicultural Center of Marin, the Marin Asian Association, and the Osher Marin JCC.
