Exclusive screening: In Search Of Greatness. + Support UofP Field Hockey!

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Join your Olympic Club Field Hockey team on Friday, Jan. 11 at 6:00pm for a donor event that includes an exclusive pre-screening of In Search Of Greatness, a potential Oscar-nominee documentary by Gabe Polsky (director Of Red Army and Genius) that showcases the importance of sports in the development of creativity, freedom and positivity. The OC field hockey team will also honor their local collegiate teammates from Stanford, Cal, UofP, and Davis and host a Q&A with current players to learn how field hockey & their collegiate programs have shaped their character and personal growth.  Ticket price covers movie screening, wine & light snacks.
Come learn about the best kept ‘secret Olympic sport’ and help your OC Field Hockey team enhance the positive impact of the local field hockey community. 100% of any additional donations you make will go towards the effort to save the Pacific hockey program from elimination caused by financial constraints.

6:30-7: The OC field hockey team and local collegiate athletes will meet you on the 2nd floor of the city clubhouse.  We’ll pour you a glass of wine and give you a tour of the silent auction options.

7-7:30: You’ll help us honor our local field hockey collegiate graduating seniors and hear from local leaders about how important each field hockey program is to the success of our sport in California.

7:3-8:45: Exclusive early screening of potential Oscar-nominated documentary, In Search Of Greatness.

8:45-9:00: A special Q&A with the field hockey athletes to understand how the teams and programs they’ve been part of have impacted their lives and shaped the people they’ve become.

9:00-9:30: We’ll announce the winners of the silent auction and continue celebrating the community that helps sustain the success of our beloved sport!
