LINKING SKILLS - First in a Series of Workshops for Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers

One of the most important skills in Iyengar Yoga instruction is linking poses from simple to complex, and integrating actions from known to unknown. This 3-hour workshop, the first in a series to evolve your teaching skills, will present teachings on how to develop an understanding of how asana on successive syllabi are linked through fundamental actions. Participants will have the opportunity to practice these skills with others. Though these skills increase in importance for Intermediate teaching, effective linking promotes clarity of instruction at every level.
Eligibility: These workshops are open to Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers (CIYT) and anyone who is working with a mentoring and recommending teacher as preparation for Intro I&II assessment this year (2019).
