What better pair to this season than tasty, chilled, bubbles?! Now while Champagne is for celebration, these summer days are more for something lighter, more unusual. Something both interesting and downright delicious.
For this tasting we'll be exploring another side of the bubble world.
No, not Cavas or Proseccos, we figure you already know those, but how about this: two champagne method bubbles that are definitely not from champagne - one is from Provence the other from the Spainish/Basque region of Txakolina, followed up by one of the most delicious Lambruscos (red bubbly!) we've ever come across.
Should be quite the interesting line-up!
