Envelop Restorative Yoga
This experience is designed to activate the body’s innate relaxation response which invites healing and restores balance. Most postures are done on the ground with multiple props so that the body is completely supported at all times. This supportive practice allows the nervous system to calm, and the mind to rest. The calming characteristics of restorative yoga soothes the mind-body, while allowing room for breath and deep relaxation. This class integrates hot stones and essential oils as the meditative music of Christopher Willits warms the space for letting go.
