If you have only a few seconds to communicate the essence of your company, what is the most important message to deliver? What are the three or four sentences that can bespoken by a normal human, and can be understood by a normal human, that really capture the essence of what makes your company so interesting? Every entrepreneur needs to distill the essence of what is exciting about their company down to 20 seconds. Forget the 60-second elevator pitch; you need to get to “Wow!”
The secret to getting someone excited about your company is to connect with a compelling value proposition. In this session, drawing on his own experience pitching to investors, Bill will clarify the difference between a pitch and a presentation, and walk through a framework for developing a 20 second Wow! that you can use in all your communications. Participants will have the opportunity to try out their Wow! statements with the group.
