Did you know energy efficiency programs provide some of the lowest-cost ways for us to reduce our carbon footprint? Did you know that EDF Climate Corps fellows have been working with companies and local governments to implement such programs, saving energy and cost at the same time?
If we're going to fight climate change, energy efficiency must be part of the solution. To learn more about the Environmental Defense Fund's important work in this area, come join us at the EDF San Francisco office to hear a talk by two veterans of the Climate Corps program. Daniel Heras was a 2013 Climate Corps fellow working with the City of Austin, and Amy Kochanowsky was a 2011 Climate Corps fellow working with the New York City Housing Authority.
Wine and cheese will be provided, and after the lecture there will be an opportunity to ask questions, as well as share your own opinions and concerns about climate change.
This event is free of charge and open to the public. To ensure a space, please RSVP by sending an email to Eric at
