About the Facilitator
Janet Miller Evans is the founder of Janet Miller Evans & Associates (JMEA). After 30 years of leadership in Fortune 100 companies, she is following her passion for guiding others on their professional and personal growth journeys. JMEA provides coaching/training services to corporations, nonprofit organizations, and private clients. Areas of expertise include leadership development, employee engagement, trust, and emotional intelligence. Janet received her Certified Coach certifications (EQCC, EQAC) from Six Seconds. Janet received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Master of Public Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is also an Adjunct Professor in Professional Studies and Public Administration. Her community leadership experience has included serving on non-profit boards and as an inaugural member of the Alamo Municipal Advisory Council. Janet currently serves on Community Advisory Panel for KQED and is a member of the San Francisco Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. She enjoys hiking, reading, travel. She is married and has two daughters.
