Embodiment Workshop: Letting Trauma Flow

In this workshop*, we will flow through simple and powerful movement inquiries that aid in grounding and integrating trauma.
Trauma sits in our body and disconnects us from each other and the Earth. Without integration and expression of what we carry, we will never be free. One of the most radical things we can do in a culture of separation and fear is to get into our bodies to foster resilience.

This workshop will be accessible to all bodies. Please arrive scent free. 
*Photo and video recording will take place by Gaby Estensen with utmost respsect and care. This workshop is a project by students in the Women's Spirituality Program Spiritual Activism class who hope to share the healing embodiment with the community.
