Join somatic life coach & modern day medicine woman, Caity Flanagan, for an intimate & passionate exploration of plant & stone medicine for love & sensuality. Embodied Love is a 2.5 hour workshop for mixed gender participants (please note we will be talking about the reproductive system and this class will be trauma-informed). There will be somatic exercises for awakening us to intimacy and connection, lessons on herbal plant medicine, and tantric meditation practices so that we can continue to cultivate a deeper sense of love and embodiment. Participants will have the chance to imbibe in a beautiful, heart-opening tea as a part of this sacred circle.
