THIS MONTH’S PROGRAM: Cannabis and Sleep
Let’s gather to talk about Women and Sleep issues – trouble getting to sleep, trouble staying asleep, stress-related, hormone-related, you name it. Why do we have trouble sleeping and which cannabinoids and terpenes affect sleep? Learn from our experts and one another – and get a better night’s sleep!
We’ll be meeting at the WestSide Art House, same as last month.
Ellementa meets monthly to bring women together to learn about cannabis for health, wellness, self-care and caregiving. This is a non-consumption, educational event for women/female-identified only. We create welcoming spaces where women can come together to speak openly about cannabis wellness.
