#ElixirCocktailClub presents Intro to Cognac
WHAT: A two-hour class and tasting of six different cognacs led by BNIC Certified Cognac Educator and Elixir Proprietor H. Joseph Ehrmann
WHEN: September 18th, 7pm-9pm (Come to the bar early, have a beer and relax until we start. Out of respect for everyone's time, please don't be late.)
Cognac is arguably the most respected brandy in the world and has set the quality standard for fine aged spirits in general. It is a complex and historic spirit, but it is also misunderstood by most contemporary drinkers. Come explore it's history, production and modern interpretations so that it becomes part of your personal favorites.
You'll be welcomed with the Elixir de Cognac cocktail (our signature cognac cocktail) followed by generous pours of 6 delicious versions of what the Cognac region has to offer. That's a total value of $105 in drinks for $75, plus the value of the entertaining education. We call it Cocktail Edutainment!

yes, you must be 21 or older
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
16th Street BART Station, walk 2 blocks WEST from there on 16th.
#22 Bus
street parking is tough on Thursdays. There's a garage on Huff St.
What can I bring into the event?
Drinks purchased at the bar. Food can be ordered in (try Caviar.com) and eaten in the bar, but please don't bring dinner into the session.
