Artist Elena Gold will lead this workshop.
The participants of this workshop will be guided through a series art based activities that will involve: creative introduction through brief interactive games, grounding in an imagery based meditation where participants will be guided through a dreamy experience of painting with a breath, followed by movement to music, followed by painting to a very special music selection - we will paint a scene or an object inspired by the meditation.
At the end, people will share a story (only if they feel like) of few "masterpieces", and we will end with a movement/dance/clapping to the live drumbeat and music together in a circle in a closing celebration.
