This all levels five month journey is a soulful exploration of alchemizing the five elements of our bodies through movement, breath, meditation, myth and mantra. Creative flow yoga, meditation and esoteric practices are the platform for diving into a deeper understanding of the meaning behind yoga postures, yoga alignment, universal archetypes and myths of the yogic gods and goddesses and their system of esoteric anatomy, the chakras.
By understanding the larger context of opening the alchemical body, we are inspired to awaken the power of metamorphosis from deep within and live our yoga in the world. All levels welcome.
