Echoes of Resilience: A Healing Journey Through 'Screams Before Silence'

SEE EVENT DETAILS
**CONTENT WARNING This event is for ages 18+

The film, Screams Before Silence, contains accounts of the Hamas attacks and sexual violence that may be triggering for some individuals. However, no imagery of sexual assault is shown. We encourage you to take care of your mental and emotional health, and you are welcome to exit the room at any time.

About the event
Join us for an evening of communal support and healing as we explore Sheryl Sandberg's powerful documentary Screams Before Silence.

With licensed psychologist and trauma expert Dr. Adi Zief-Balteriski, we will journey through the film together, pausing at pivotal moments for reflection, guided discussion and therapeutic exercises, to help ease participants into the material and build coping strategies.

Trauma researcher and soundbath practitioner Limor Goldhaber will close with an immersive soundbath, inviting deep relaxation and mindfulness as part of a holistic approach to trauma healing. Each attendee will receive a care package, and refreshments will be provided, creating a warm, compassionate space for communal resilience and growth.

$20.
