The grand finale of the premier IMAF Chef’s Cup takes place at San Francisco’s Il Fornaio in on Wednesday evening, September 11. The first Michelin-starred cooking show dedicated to putting art on a plate, brings two of Italy’s most acclaimed chefs to the Bay Area on September 9, 10 and 11 for a final showdown to name the international winner. Judges include Mauro Cirilli, sommelier of Press Club San Francisco; food journalist and consultant Amy Sherman; and Anthony Fossani, chef of America's Cup yacht "Just Enough".
The two winning chefs, Rosanna Marziale of Le Colonne di Caserta and Stefano Cerveni of Le due Colombe a Corte Franca will present the recipes that made them famous during the Italian competition. After two individual cooking demonstrations on September 9 and 10, Rosanna and Stefano will present their delectable dishes to a judging panel at Il Fornaio as the final winner is selected on the evening of September 11 during a culinary showdown not to be missed.
