Gabriella Gordillo founder of Zenergy Bar is on a mission to make wellness retreats accessible by hosting single day events that are designed for you to reset, pause, breathe, stretch, eat and connect in beautiful locations with like minded people.
Our zentourage team curated a one day complete healing day. You deserve to take a break from your busy life and focus on self care. This event will be held in the North SF Bay Area in a lovely indoor /outdoor location in the heart of beautiful nature.
Morning: a light cooling plant based breakfast will be served with specially crafted elixers, tonics & herbal beverages. Followed by an energizing morning yoga session and short intro on the power of breath and our relationship to water coupled with emotions, leading into your Breath In, Bliss Out Yoga Tune Up®? session (90 mins)
Afternoon: The yoga class will be followed by a refreshing hydration bar and three-course sit down brunch prepared by plant based chefs. Following lunch this will be YOUR time for what is most beneficial for you. Relax in our lovley outdoor seating area, enjoy a decadent array of absolute guilt free treats or add on an additional experience. During this time Noelle will be moving through body landmarks and techniques for self care and myofascial self massage, while those who have scheduled appointments for a reading session or massage may come and go as desired.
Evening: We will close our day with a blue mind yoga nidra class under a immersive digital art projection display of celestial and sacred shapes with sound therapy Followed by an Cacao Experience.
This event welcomes all levels and was created with the desire to create a space where people feel comfortable and share a judgement free space. Carve out some space and time in your week for you. Make the time to take a deep breathe, stretch out and let go of the working week, socialise, become part of a bigger community and share ideas and thoughts over a delicious plant based feast.
