Special Collaboration Night with Perbacco
Join Stones Throw and special guests for the "Eat Like a Chef, Drink Like a Somm” dinner series in support of the SF-Marin Food Bank. To date, Stones Throw has raised $4,300 for the food bank. Guests can make a reservation like any other night but will get to experience a tasting menu featuring some of the favorite dishes and drinks the chefs enjoy when they have the night off.
The fifth dinner in the series features Perbacco. Together with its more casual sister restaurant Barbacco, Perbacco has established itself as one of San Francisco's best Italian restaurants, and owners Staffan Terje and Umberto Gibin have also been heavily involved in their own philanthropic endeavours supporting San Francisco's Meals on Wheels.
Joining forces with Stones Throw for another great cause, chef and owner Staffan Terje brings his Northern Italian culinary influence to this month's dinner, while owner Umberto Gibin, who is a welcome fixture in Perbacco's front of house, will be selecting the wines.
