On Easter Sunday, April 1, Park Chalet Coastal Beer Garden in San Francisco will be open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM serving a $55.00 per person Easter brunch buffet offered until 3:30 PM that will include breakfast pastries: mini muffins, Danish, croissants, and tea cakes; pork & chicken apple sausages; thick cut applewood smoked bacon; spinach ricotta gnocchi with spring vegetables; pain de mie French toast with lavender honey roasted strawberries; classic eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon and poached eggs; vegetarian eggs Benedict with spinach, tomato and farm eggs; pan roasted fresh catch with preserved lemon and green olive relish; braised short rib with Anson Mills cheddar grits and tomato jam; chicken breast with tarragon and curry; roasted spring leg of lamb carving station; and ricotta and blueberry pancakes. There will also be a seafood bar with smoked Nova Scotia salmon. peel and eat shrimp with horseradish cocktail sauce; Salt Spring Island Mediterranean mussels; smoked trout and caviar devilled eggs; snow crab claws; and shrimp and calamari ceviche with housemade chips. For younger guests, there will be a visit from the Easter Bunny and an Easter egg hunt from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Following the brunch buffet, the regular a la carte menu will be available.
