The brunch menu will include Pain Perdu, French toast, bacon, berry compote and Chantilly cream/$12.00; Eggs Benedict with poached eggs, English muffin, breakfast potatoes and hollandaise/with jambon de Paris $15.00 and with Dungeness crab $20.00; Quiche Lorraine with savory pastry crust, Emmenthal cheese, ham, bacon and crème fraiche//$14.00; Crispy Belgian Waffle with whipped orange butter, seasonal fruit and maple syrup/$12.00; Duck Confit Hash with poached egg, breakfast potatoes and hollandaise/$16.00; housemade Basque Sausage with two scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes/$13.00; and Steak and Egg with a grilled natural skirt steak, sunny side up egg, pommes frites and watercress/$22.00.
