Easter Dining at LB Steak in San Jose
On Easter Sunday, March 31, LB Steak in San Jose will be open for brunch/lunch (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and dinner (4:00 to 10:00 PM) serving special addition a la carte menu items and limited selections from the regular a la carte menus. Prices do not include tax or gratuity.
The brunch/lunch menu additions will include a Goat Cheese And White Grit SoufflÃ© for $11.00 with chardonnay cream sauce and a strawberry salad; Brioche Bread Pudding French Toast for $12.00 with strawberry rhubarb compote and vanilla Chantilly; Bacon And Green Garlic Scones for $13.00 with country gravy, poached Glaum Ranch eggs; and Salmon and Asparagus Salad for $24.00 with olive oil poached salmon, pickled ramps, French radish and green goddess dressing.
The dinner specials will be Devilâ€™s Gulch Spring Lamb Mixed Grill for $36.00 with leg, shoulder, and loin chop, sweet pea purÃ©e, golden polenta cake and mint gremolata; and Roasted Arctic Char Medallions for $32.00 with green garlic potato purÃ©e, fiddlehead ferns, morel mushrooms and spring onion confit.
A Prime Rib prix fixe meal will also be available all day for $32.00 per person, and include a 12 oz cut of sea salt and garlic roasted prime rib, olive oil and rosemary new potatoes, horseradish crÃ¨me fraÃ®che, and Zuckerman Farm asparagus.
