On Easter Sunday, April 5, LB Steak in Menlo Park will be open extended hours, serving brunch (11:00 AM to 2:30 PM) and dinner (2:30 to 8:00 PM) and offering a special a la carte brunch menu and limited regular menu items and, for dinner, limited selections from the regular menu. Also, a prime rib prix fixe meal will be available from 4:00 PM to close for $32.50 per person and include a salad, a 12 oz. cut of prime rib, a loaded baked potato, au jus and artisanal ice cream. Prices do not include tax or gratuity. The brunch menu will include Steak and Eggs with a Wagyu skirt steak, sunny side up eggs and home fries; West Coast Benedict with Canadian bacon, avocado and hollandaise sauce; Short Rib Hash with poached eggs and horseradish mustard; Spring Scramble with asparagus, peas and tarragon lemon ricotta; and Blueberry and Cream Waffle with orange syrup and malted whipped cream.
