On Easter Sunday, April 20, the Beach Chalet Brewery & Restaurant will be open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM featuring their regular a la carte menu. Brunch highlights, served from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., will include cold smoked salmon; deviled Easter egg trio; chilled spring pea soup; Meyer lemon poached asparagus; fruit and yogurt parfait; Spanish chorizo omelet; Dungeness crab or classic Benedict; green eggs & ham sandwich; stout braised lamb sandwich; pan roasted salmon fillet; grilled flat iron steak frites; and a grilled chicken Cobb salad.
