Celebrate Easter Sunday with an elevated springtime brunch at Fountain Restaurant, where refined flavors and thoughtful service come together for a memorable holiday gathering.
Begin with spring asparagus soup featuring peak-season California asparagus, parmesan bread, and poached quail egg. Follow your starter with a family-style salad of baby greens and strawberries with shaved fennel and champagne vinaigrette, along with a lavish Seafood Platter showcasing assorted sushi rolls, citrus-poached jumbo shrimp, and West Coast oysters with classic accompaniments.
Guests then select an individually plated entrée, including Pan-Seared California Sea Bass with Meyer lemon beurre blanc, Chianti Braised Beef Short Ribs with truffle Yukon mashed potatoes, Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with spring vegetable risotto, Free-Range Airline Chicken Breast, or a Grilled Vegetable Wellington with vegan herb jus.
