Earle Baum Center invites the community for an introduction to the labyrinth experience. Labyrinth walking is an ancient practice used by many different faiths for spiritual centering, contemplation and prayer.
This virtual event will take place via digital conference using one's phone or computer connection to join a finger labyrinth walk. On the virtual walk, participants will celebrate our connections to each other by sitting in quiet contemplation with finger labyrinths. This exercise allows attendees to quiet their minds, release stress and imagine the New Year.
Discussion, music, meditation, and reflection are included in our labyrinth experience.
