Cocktails, rainbows, foodie collaborations, oh my! The Lunar New Year celebrations don't stop at E&O Kitchen and Bar. The modern Asian restaurant is going hog wild all year long with exclusive pork-centric menus and local collaborations from now through September 2019. Each month will highlight a different sweet dish, savory dish, and cocktail -- available only for dinner in addition to regular menus.
For May, from Friday, May 17 - Friday, May 31, E&O and ROOH's bar teams have created Indian inspired cocktails such as E&O's own riff on a Manhattan with the Membara Manhattan with Amrut Single Malt Indian Whisky, Hibiscus & Darjeeling Infused Carpano Antica, Spiced Orange, and Smoked Garam Masala and ROOH's Hyderabad Tonic with Turmeric-Infused Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin, Orange Thyme Syrup, Lime Juice, and Tonic Water (available at E&O Kitchen and Bar only). The cocktails will pair "pigfectly" with Pork Naan Tacos created by Executive Chef Sharon Nahm, piled high with Kurobuta Pork, garam marsala, and tamarind orange glaze.
