Drop-in Meditation Class: Becoming a Relaxed & Joyful Person

Compassion helps us solve our own daily problems by controlling our desire, anger and ignorance, and then with this ability we can lead people throughout the world to correct spiritual paths through which they can find the real meaning of human life.

In this series we learn a special spiritual practice anyone can do; this will help us evolve our compassion so it benefits both ourselves and others easily.


April 5: A wish path to realizing our compassionate potential
Combining ancient wisdom from Buddha and special requests we can create our own wish path to refuge, goodness and a pure future.

April 12: Growing our potential for effortless compassion
By cultivating some simple but powerful wishes we can continually grow our potential for attaining enlightenment, or Buddha nature.

April 19: Learn a special compassion meditation
We bring a special future result into the present through a unique and joyful meditation practice that purifies ourselves, others and our world.

April 26: Three recognitions to hold in our daily life
With experience of the three recognitions, throughout our life we will always be relaxed, experience joy and peace, and everything will be wonderful.
