You are invited to a collective ideation session around the guiding questions: What does the word "work" mean to us and how might we possibly reframe it to better support us? What does your "dream job" look like? What kind of future do you wish to create? Who do you share this vision with?
We will dream about what sustainable, non-hierarchical, creative, empowering work might look like and feel like, both for you as an individual and where our individual dreams might overlap or support each other's. What do you have to offer such a group, and what do you seek?
At the least it is a useful thought experiment. At the most it is a seed to grow a group that could end up working together in some capacity towards common goals.
