About the Sound Bath:
Lucia's Sound baths are spontaneous, improvised prayers to the universe and mantras that invoke the sacred in common places. Lucia uses an array of instruments and sound making devices that she has collected throughout her journey as a musician and she also uses a looping pedal, harmonizing her voice and instruments into ethereal and primal soundscapes. The sound bath is a tool to travel inwards, to listen to one’s breath, feel the subtle body, and surrender. When we enter altered states through sound, the brain generates alpha and theta brainwaves that allows for a state of meditation, deep reflection, and daydreaming. When we support the nervous system to relax, the body is able to recalibrate and heal itself. Come and receive, relax, and replenish!!

Lucia Lilikoi is a Spanish singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She weaves translucent soundscapes with intimate storytelling, and soulful vocals, in a genre she calls ‘dream folk’.
Alongside the alchemical music she writes and performs, she also offers Sound Healing and Circlesinging workshops. She uses music to help people uncover the light within them and learn how to express and share it with the world. Her Circle Singing workshops are spontaneous, improvised prayers to the universe that invoke the magic of communal singing through experiment, collaboration, and discovery. Lucia offers Sound Baths for individuals and groups using a magical array of instruments and sound making devices that she has collected throughout her journey as a musical healer.
Over the years Lucia has toured in the US and Europe in venues as diverse as The House of Blues and Esalen. She has collaborated with high level musicians: Julie Wolf (Ani Difranco, Joan Baez, Sia), Grammy winning producer Malcolm Burn (Bob Dylan, Emmylou Harris) amongst others.
Lucia’s main interest is to create a world of sound where listeners can immerse and experience magic, healing and a return to our distant home. She is constantly exploring the role of music in social change and subtle activism.
