Drag Queen Bingo: Underwater Prom Date

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Ever been on a sunken cruise? The kind where everyone is dressed fancy and now they’re swimming with the fishes? If not, THIS is your moment! Bust out those sailor caps, that sequined dress, or that skimpy swimwear and play some BINGO! (Marine sea life also welcomed!)The Portola Neighborhood Association consists of longtime residents, new homeowners, renters, business merchants, commercial property owners, and community leaders in San Francisco’s blooming Garden District. For more than 10 years it has been our organization’s mission to support and encourage creative community activations that create a healthy, vibrant, sustainable, and well-connected Portola neighborhood. We are currently raising funds to create more murals, gardens, and other beautification projects that celebrate our Garden District heritage and encourage our merchants and neighbors to engage with the Portola's diverse community.Hosted by the fabulous POLLO DEL MAR, this queen will get all the balls coming til someone gets that happy ending! Costumes, formal wear, and gender bending outfits get you a free bingo sheet. Come out and play!

FAQs

Do I have to dress up in drag?
Sweetie. Darling. Sweetie. No. But it'd be more fun if you did! Otherwise, any crazy, silly, irreverent costume will get you a free bingo sheet, so join the party!
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking can be challenging on San Bruno Ave on the weekends. We suggest taking a taxi or ride sharing to the event.
Is there reserved seating?
Yes! You can select either the VIP Booth seating which comes with a dedicated queen to take your food and drink orders or you can choose the Premium Seating. Both let you sit closer to the stage where all the shenanigans take place. Otherwise, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. This event does fill up quickly so make sure to arrive early to claim your seat.
Will there be food?
Outside of cocktails and beer, El Toro sells some amazing Mexican food. There are also plenty of other restaurants along San Bruno Avenue if you'd like to grab lunch or dinner.
