WHAT: On Saturday, October 20th, Downtown Pleasant Hill will host a spooktacular Halloween trick-or-treating event. FREE and open to the public, the event will feature trick or treating at participating retailers (look for signs on each participating retailer’s storefront) plus fun family-friendly entertainment.
