Description

Ready to dive into your rope journey and need some basic knowledge?

Join Blue in this beginner's class to learn foundational ties for Japanese Rope Bondage, AND how to create a fun, sexy, and safe scene with them!We focus on the top AND the bottom, technique, energetics, AND communication.
Establish good habits from the start with this class based around the double column tie, and several ways to restrain, explore and play with your partner using just the basics!

*Signing up solo is fine! Please come openminded to work with anyone who may also have signed up solo, regardless of their gender identity and sexual orientation. Attendees also have the option to tie themselves for this class if they so choose.
*We will have limited loaner rope for use during class. We highly encourage students to bring 3-5 pieces of rope approximately 8m length, 6mm diameter. We will have some rope for sale during the class, as well.
*Come dressed to work on the floor. Jeans are not recommended. Comfy, snug-fitting clothing is recommended (loose drapey clothes can get in the way of the rope!)

She recently opened VoxBody Studio, the Bay Area's first rope-dedicated venue.Blue is part of an active rope community in the Bay Area, teaching classes and hosting events regularly, and running a suspension performance booth at Folsom Street Fair each year. Most of Blue’s teaching and performing has been as half of the duo Bondage Erotique, but she has also branched out, and as a rigger, to launch a Women Tying Women series, and perform at events such as Twisted Windows, What the Festival, and Vau de Vire Society productions.
