We're excited to be releasing the below limited-release beers:
BAY BRIDGE BRUT: Brut IPA 7.0% ABV
Our Bay Bridge Brut IPA pours a pale straw, brilliantly clear with a white head. Aromatic hop notes include fresh pine, dank, underripe berries, with flavors echoing the aroma with fruit, melon, berries, piney notes, and a moderate bitterness on finish. This beer is super dry with high carbonation that contributes to its extremely dry nature. A light colored, dry, effervescent IPA. Hop flavors and aromas dominate the very light malt character.
HELLA PATTERNED: Helles Style Lager 5.2% ABV
Our Hella Patterned pours an extremely pale straw color, crystal clear, soft white head that provides great white lacing on the glass. Soft light grain aromas, balanced with subtle grass and spice from restrained hopping. Flavors of plain cracker notes with some graininess, restrained light fresh herbal finish. Light, crisp, moderately carbonated. A bright beer, with delicate malt notes balanced well with subtle hop character. Crisp and drinkable. The beauty of this beer is its simple form and expression.
