March 15, 22, 29, 9am to 10 am Pacific Time
One of Breema's foundational tenets is "Don't fight sickness. Nurture vitality!"
Breema guides us to find and support what is whole and healthy within ourselves. We are part of one whole, dynamic, ever-changing life process. Forgetting this, we experience dis-ease and think our job is to fight against it or try to eliminate it. But attempting to do that, we increase our discomfort and experience a sense of separation from life. Practicing Self-Breema exercises and working with Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony helps us experience body-mind connection and, with it, an opportunity to experience movement towards greater health, vitality, and connection to life.
The exercises sometimes include kneeling, and occasionally lying down on the floor, so please wear comfortable clothing, and have a space with a carpet, yoga mat, or some padding, so you can comfortably participate.
