Owner & Winemaker Dominick Chirichillo will be making his famous Corned Beef & Cabbage, Shepard's Pie & Soda Bread!! The tasting doesn't stop there.... In addition to Dominick's Irish Fare, you will also have the chance to barrel taste 13 orphan wines!
