DogFest Walk 'n Roll Bay Area is a dog- and family-friendly walk and festival celebrating and benefiting Canine Companions for Independence. For the second year in a row, we've teamed up with Boo! Bark, Brews + Bites at Jack London Square for a day of fun, dog-centric, Halloween themed fun! Join us at on Saturday, October 27 from 11am - 4pm for a tail-waggin' good time!
More than 7,500 visitors are expected to the two events, which will provide live music, a beer and wine garden, food from local vendors, people and pooch crafts, doggy treats, pet tricks, pet photos, caricatures, fun festival booths for adults, kids and dogs, and a canine costume contest to show off their Halloween spirit. There will also be Canine Companions graduate speakers and assistance dog demonstrations.
Many of the Jack London Square restaurants and retailers will offer Halloween specials for guests and their four-legged friends. Pets are welcome at all of the restaurants with outdoor dining, year-round.
By registering for the event, attendees will be given branded bandanas for their dogs, and will be entered into a raffle for Lagunitas Brewing Company beer for one year. Anyone who registers and raises $125 or more by Thursday, September 27 will receive a commemorative DogFest t-shirt on event day. Registration is open now, online at cci.org/DogFestBayArea.
